Ordering Propane
Anyone needing to order propane or in need of immediate assistance for any reason, please call the office in your area. (See top of this page for phone numbers for your area or go to ‘Contact’ page.) We are available on-call 24/7/365.
Payment Options
- Payment on Delivery (COD)
- NET 30 DAYS: You have 30 days to pay for the delivery in full. (On Approved Credit only)
- Equal Payment Plan (EPP): Estimated equal monthly payments will be withdrawn through EFT (On Approved Credit only)
- Pre-Buy Contract: You put a 0.25 cent per gallon deposit for a fixed price. (On Approved Credit Only)
Equal Payment Plan (EPP) & Pre-Buy Plan
EPP Agreements
- EPP customers must have approved credit.
- We will calculate your average usage for the year and determine your monthly payment to cover that usage.
- Monthly payments are automatically drafted from your account by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or processed by card on your selected date: the 5th, 15th or 25th of each month.
- The contract period runs from April 1 to March 31.
- New contracts need to be submitted by March 31.
- Accounts are reviewed annually in March, and payment & usage amounts are adjusted accordingly.
- EPP customers are automatically put on the route system.
Pre-Buy Plans
- Pre-Buy customers must have approved credit.
- Pre-Buy customers are automatically put on the route system.
- Pre-Buy customers put a 0.25 cent per gallon deposit for their annual usage and pay the remaining amount after deliveries are made. Deliveries must be paid within Net 30 days.
- Full payment of annual usage is also an option.
Discount Prices
- Customers on the route system will receive an additional $0.10 cents per gallon discount
- Widows, widowers, veterans and first responders receive a $0.05 cents per gallon discount
- Summer discount on filled tanks: ONE time fill up at $0.15 cents off per gallon from April 1st through August 31st, if the tank is completely filled
Returned Payments
There will be a $20 service fee on all returned payments. Customers whose payments are repeatedly returned may be asked to pay for deliveries using means other than check.
Holidays
All offices are closed for these holidays but someone is on-call for emergencies: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day (in Utah July 24th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
